Pipe Fabrication and Installation

Proweld will manufacture and install pipework fabrications in various materials, thicknesses and sizes. All our welding procedures and welder qualifications are third party approved to ASME IX and BS EN ISO15614. All carbon and stainless steel grades, including nickel alloys.

Proweld will work to general arrangement and/or isometric drawings. Site surveys and sketches can be provided if required. We are happy to work from rough sketches or engineering drawings, alternatively we can produce detailed drawings to meet your requirements.

Steel Fabrication and Installation

Proweld specialise in steel fabrication and welding in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We will design, manufacture and install at site virtually any type of metal fabrication. All our work is produced to the highest engineering standards by skilled tradesmen.

Vessel Fabrication, Modification and Repair

Proweld will manufacture and install storage tanks and pressure vessels to client's specifications and to original approvals. Proweld can provide and on-site repair service to refurbish tanks and vessels, to original specifications and approvals, including internal and half tube coils and jacketed vessel repairs.

Plant Maintenance

Proweld can provide on-site teams of highly experienced mechanical tradesmen to carry out the day-to-day servicing of all types of process plant, pumps, agitators, heat exchangers, filters etc.
