Proweld Engineering offers vessel design and manufacture to the highest national and international standards, in both carbon steel and stainless steel materials. All works undertake are compliant to but not limited to:

• PED 97/23/EC – European Pressure Equipment Directive (CE marking)
• BS 5500 – Unfired Fusion Welded Pressure Vessels

The production of small to medium size pressure vessels which require the highest technical demands and quality requirements are witness and approved by a third party NOTIFIED BODY, ensuring all legal requirements are met at every stage of the design / manufacturing process.

Proweld are a BS EN ISO 9001:2000 approved company with all work being carried out but not limited to:

• EN ISO 15614-1 Approved Testing of Welding Procedures
• EN 287 Pt1 – Approval Testing of welders
• ASME IX – Approval of Welding Procedures and Welders

The production of small to medium sized vessels up to 3.0 meter diameter or 20 Tons is Proweld’s current capacity. Future plans are in progress to significantly increase vessel sizes.
